Standard window AC installation
From $199
Install a standard cooling-only unit in a compatible existing window with its mounting kit.
See what’s included
Included: Review the unit dimensions, window, manufacturer’s kit, and the existing outlet specified for the model.
Included: Fit the side panels, specified brackets and seals; place and secure the unit as the model requires; check basic operation and the fit.
Confirm first: A heavy unit may need two workers. Missing mounting parts or unusual access can change the total price.
Outside this service: The air conditioner itself, resizing or replacing the window, and installing or repairing building wiring.
Seasonal removal
From $149
Take down a window unit at the end of the season.
See what’s included
Included: Disconnect the unit, remove its accessible mounting parts and removable seals, lift it out, and leave the existing window closed.
Included: Place the unit at an accessible location inside the home that you identify before the work begins.
Confirm first: Heavy units, difficult access, or damage to the window may require a different scope and price.
Outside this service: Storage off-site, hauling or disposal, window repair, and reinstallation on another date.
Routine cleaning
From $169
Care for an installed residential window unit without a full teardown.
See what’s included
Included: Clean the washable filter and front grille; remove dust from accessible surfaces as appropriate for the model; check that it starts and runs.
Confirm first: Deep cleaning, significant buildup, removal and reinstallation, or replacement parts need a separate price before work begins.
Outside this service: Refrigerant circuit work, building electrical wiring, and a guarantee that cleaning will fix an existing malfunction.
On-site assessment
$99
A paid visit to examine a residential window unit and discuss the next step.
See what’s included
Included: A visual review of the accessible unit and its fit, a basic operating check where safe, an explanation of findings, and a price for work we can offer.
Payment: The $99 is due even if you decide not to proceed. If you approve service for the same unit within 30 days, the full $99 is credited on the final invoice.
When work follows: A service completed during this visit is charged at its service price without a separate assessment fee. If we must return, the total price includes that trip and is confirmed before scheduling.
Limit: Some faults cannot be identified from a basic visit; we will explain when specialized diagnosis or another provider is needed.
Larger heat/cool window units
Installation from $199; final price depends on model
Some models need more lifting and a different existing outlet. We review the model before scheduling.

Included: Review the model, dimensions, weight, mounting kit, and required outlet type; install and secure the unit in a compatible existing window when the correct outlet is already available.
Electrical requirement: Some heat/cool models use 115 V, others 208/230 V. Send a photo of the model label and plug before we confirm installation.
Confirm first: Larger units may need two workers or additional mounting parts. The total can be higher than the $199 minimum, and we confirm it before scheduling.
Outside this service: A new circuit from the panel, outlet changes, wiring repairs, and electrical safety certification. A licensed electrical contractor must handle required electrical work separately.

Homes and residential properties with multiple window units can request one coordinated visit. We quote the first unit and additional units together, so the trip and setup time are accounted for once.
